These general conditions of sale are concluded between Yanna Corbel, representative of www.gemglaz.com, self-employed worker with the status of entrepreneur in their own name in Portugal, and persons with an interest in making purchases through the platform. -form available on www.gemglaz.com, using as such its user interface, hereinafter referred to as "Client". ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS
1. The customer can place an order through the purchase process of the website, selecting the chosen products by clicking on the "buy" button. 4. GemGlaz undertakes to ship all orders received within the limits of its stocks. If one or more products are unavailable, GemGlaz will inform the customer as soon as possible.
5. The validity of orders is 5 (five days). If payment is not received within this period, the order cannot be confirmed and will be cancelled. Any amount received after this date will be returned in the form of a voucher to be used on a new order or as a last resort to be agreed with both parties.
6. Orders over 300 euros (excluding VAT) will be shipped free of charge. Orders between 0 and 300 euros (excluding VAT), will have a shipping cost of 30 euros (excluding VAT).
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
1.1 We ship throughout Europe
1.2 The delivery of orders can be made, according to different methods, on national and European territory, favoring CTT for Portugal and LA POSTE for France.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and correct shipping address. If the delivery address provided is not correct, or if the order is not claimed by an absent recipient, the order will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender without reimbursement of postage costs. In these cases, since the customer's responsibility is to provide a valid address, for the reshipment of the order to the customer, following the communication of a new valid address, the customer will be provided with the request for payment of 30 Euros of shipping costs. additional postage for redelivery.
ARTG. 4 - PAYMENTS

ARTG. 5 - PRICE
1. On our website you will find the prices of the products to which must be added the 23% VAT (if applicable) and the shipping costs, always in euros.
ARTGº. 6 - GUARANTEES
1. Any order contract made on www.gemglaz.com may be freely terminated under the terms of artgº. 6º of Decree-Law n.º 143/2001 of April 26 and republished by Decree-Law n.º 82/2008 of May 20. To do this, the customer must return his order within 15 days from the date of receipt, by contacting us via the customer area available on the site. ARTGº. 9 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Customer authorizes Gemglaz to carry out the automated processing of the personal data provided in the order form, in particular by the use of cookies.
ARTGº. 10 – INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the www.gemglaz.com site is the intellectual property of Gemglaz, and may not be copied or reproduced except to the extent strictly necessary to enable it to be viewed online.
